Only the necessary information, that is the delivery address and contact phone number, will be made known to third parties delivering the item/s.

Terms and conditions
Returns Policy
Should you wish to return any item/s purchased on our website, you may do so for a refund, credit or exchange.
The goods will only be accepted, for whatever reason, if returned within 5 days of receipt by the purchaser.
The goods must be in their original condition unworn and with labelling and swing tags intact.
If the item/s is unsuitable, please communicate to make the necessary return arrangements.
If you would like to exchange the item a collection and re-delivery will be arranged at no charge.
The above is applicable once per order.
Online goods needing to be returned from outlying areas will be at the cost of the customer.
If one is unsure if they fall within an outlying area please contact marketing@101StreetFood.is for assistance.
Refunds
Refunds will be in the original method of payment.
Refunds take 1- 5 working days, after receipt of goods by 101 Reykjavik Street Food, to process. Credit card refunds should take 2-3 working days to reflect in your account.
The goods will only be accepted, for whatever reason, if returned within 5 days of receipt by the purchaser.
The goods must be in their original condition unworn and with labelling and swing tags intact.
Sale products are not eligible for return or exchange, therefore no refunds will be processed for these products unless the product is broken/damaged/faulty/incorrect.
Delivery
Products will be delivered within 2 – 7 working days after successful receipt of payment.
Actual Shipping times may vary slightly.
An order is considered complete as soon as it is handed to an individual at your specified delivery address.
Any query relating to the order must be advised to 101 Reykjavik Street Food within 24 hours after receipt of the goods.
In the event of goods being lost in transit, 101 Reykjavik Street Food has the option to either replace the missing goods or refund the customer.
Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.
Coupon codes / promotions
Discount codes will not be applicable to items which are on sale.
Products
Please note the stock of all items on offer is limited. Any order is subject to the item not being sold out, in which event 101 Reykjavik Street Food may remove such item from your basket.
The purchase shall be complete only when the payment has been processed fully and 101 Reykjavik Street Food has received the money. If payment fails, for any reason, the purchase shall not be successful.
All prices are in Icelandic Kronas (ISK) and are inclusive of VAT.
Cooling off (cancellation policy)
A cooling off period applies to all purchases, prior to the order being dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, the shipping and handling fee will not be refunded.
Service disruption
101 Reykjavik Street Food reserves the right to limit or discontinue the functionality of the site. While we strive to be online continuously, we cannot exclude cases in which the webpage may be unavailable. In rare cases this may cause data loss.
101 Reykjavik Street Food cannot be held liable for cross-browser incompatibilities that cause checkout or payment failures.
Intellectual property
101 Reykjavik Street Food retains all copyright and other rights to services, as well as listings, information, images, videos, and databases (the “Property Protection”). A modification, reproduction, publication, disclosure to third parties and / or exploitation of the protected property without the prior written consent is expressly prohibited by 101 Reykjavik Street Food. This includes but is not limited to copying any style or design.
Termination/cancellation of orders
101 Reykjavik Street Food reserves the right to cancel or refuse to fulfil any order it suspects of being fraudulent.
Changes in General Conditions
101 Reykjavik Street Food reserves the right to revise these terms from time to time.
We reserve the right to ban any individual uploader or website domain from using our services for any reason.
Security
Anyone downloading or trying to download malware or damaging coding on this site, or who tries to gain unauthorized access to any page on this site, will be prosecuted. 101 Reykjavik Street Food will claim civil damages from such person if 101 Reykjavik Street Food suffers any damage or loss.
