Minutes for a seat so we opted for a takeaway as our apartment was only 5 mins down the road. The staff were brilliant, so funny and friendly. You have to promise you’ll finish your food and you get a free chocolate bar! We had fish and chips and a lobster soup. The fish was so so so fresh and just cooked perfectly. Lovely well seasoned chips and the soup... the soup was delicious! My first time trying lobster soup and it was wonderful! Thank you so much for a lovely lady meal we will remember!

The... read more staff were so friendly, the food was incredibly tasty with the cod being cooked in Panko crumbs with herbs. We could tell the fish was so fresh! They had lottle bowls of chocolates for free and free water. Its cheap for Iceland and a tasty well cooked meal in a friendly warm place. If you dont want to spend the earth on every meal, definitely go here! They do take away too.

Our party of 3 enjoyed fish & chips... read more and sipped on Viking beer. We sat outside and the service was quick and friendly. The fish & chips were very hot and fresh. They hit the spot on a rainy day. We recommended them to another couple who asked about our food. If we're lucky enough to visit Reykjavik again we will definitely plan for lunch here.

however for what it is, its decent fast food, maybe even a notch above, but just that
we got some free sweets/desserts at the end after paying - so that was nice
but....
there is a place next door that is a notch above. (just on the left) 😉
