Pleasant enough and probably reasonably priced for Iceland, but we're not sure if this is really the no 1 place in Reykjavik.

I'm from the UK where we are low-key obsessed with fish and chips but the food here was some of the best I've had - really crisp chips, light batter and not at all greasy, generous chunks of fish perfectly cooked. The staff were really lovely and welcoming - tak!

Later on an older gentleman came to give us more chocolate and insisted we keep it knowing we had already gotten some. He went above and beyond with cleaning and even offered chocolate to those just walking by the shop. We ordered fish and chips which we really enjoyed! Would highly recommend this place to everyone!

  Excellent place. Straightforward. Nothing fancy but big bang for your buck. Highly recommended. Food is so delicious and staff is very friendly and accomodating.
