  Best fish I ever tasted. Lamb soup was delicious also. And the guy running the place bombarded my family with free candy ☺️. Highly recommend.

All of the dishes were delicious. We had some complimentary sweets and it was so nice of the staff. Then I accidentally dropped my white jacket on the floor... I was upset but then the manager came up to me with a clean wipe and helped me clean my jacket. We wiped out all the dirt. It was incredibly kind of him and it literally made my day. This is such a cozy place with very welcoming people. We loved it!

  This unassuming restaurant is great all-around. Don't expect fancy décor or a detailed menu. Instead, expect a limited menu with delicious local items, such as fish and chips and seafood... read more stews. The Staff is also very courteous and takes good care of you. Food is served rather quickly, items are reasonably priced (for Iceland), and the owner (I presume he was the owner) gives you two Prince Polo chocolate wafers!

  I found this place on TripAdvisor and I was excited to go, I was not disappointed! We walked in and although it was very busy (it is a very small... read more restaurant) we were welcomed as though we were old friends! The owner is so friendly and couldn't do enough for everyone! Prices very reasonable, I had the fish and chips and my partner had the seafood soup, both very delicious! One thing I will add, the chips were quite salty (although not a criticism from me because I love salt!) But if you're not as keen I would just be aware 🙂 fantastic start to our Iceland adventure!!
