Reykjavik Street Food

  Saw this was #1 place to eat in Reykjavik and checked out the menu online- simple but great fast food. Fish and chips a winner. Everything the same price- around... read more 1500isk so good cheap eats. Also tried the lobster soup and fish soup- both good. Celebrations chocs in tubs and a freebie chocolate wafer for pud. Patron filled up the water dispenser ( with vodka ) which was on tap. What’s not to like?

  Best Fish & chips I have ever eat! Love it and price is also very friendly. Must taste and kind stuff with a lot of candy for free. 😉

Located at the most characterful and beautiful street in Reykjavik, Skolavordustigur this place is a must.

  Friendly and helpful staff in a warm and comfortable space. Very good food at a reasonable price. I would recommend the lamb soup and fish soup.

I got much more out of this restaurant than I thought coming in, both in terms of food and service, both of the highest quality.

Portion sizes we good too
