My husband ordered the fish stew. This came in an even smaller cardboard container & consisted simply of fish & mashed potatoes. No sign of any vegetables or other ingredients you would expect to find in a stew. It was also quite tasteless. Given our very negative experience it is difficult to understand how this place receives so many 5 star reviews. Very poor value indeed

Seating is very close and can be a bit claustrophobic and the food portions are small so I wouldn’t go for dinner!

The only downside for us was that we left smelling like an oily pan.

We sat inside but the food comes in cardboard containers so would be ideal for warming you up while you walk about Reykjavik. The fish and chips were beautiful, the fish was the best we've tasted and all reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

  Amazing Fish and Chips. We were in Iceland for 10 days and ate fish almost everyday. The fish was meaty and ccooked perfectly.
