Reykjavik Street Food

  My partner and I ate here for a late lunch as the TripAdvisor reviews rated it the best restaurant in Reykjavik.
On arrival the waitress was really pleasant and... read more greeted us with a warm smile. She gave us glasses to help ourselves to the free tap water in the corner.
All meals were the same price. We opted for the fish and chips and it came in a cardboard plate and you used wooden cutlery just to add to the quirkiness of the place. Helped ourselves to the different variety of sauces!
Prior to the meal being brought to the table we were given a free sweet treat for starter which was quite funny and then a little dessert in the form of a chocolate wafer was given for after. Added a really nice touch.
Tasty food, we were definitely full afterwards and left feeling very happy after the hospitality we received.
