  My husband and I ran across this restaurant on our first day in Reykjavik while walking around downtown. As we were deliberating on whether to eat there, a couple came out raving about the food, indicating that they would be back again. Based on this review, we immediately decided to eat there and we were not disappointed. Its a small, quick service cafe with high-top, counter-height seating and a very friendly owner/chef and wait staff. We both ordered soup (lobster and seafood) and shared the fish 'n chips, all of which were very delicious. Best fish 'n chips during our stay in Iceland. We had every intention of returning for another meal but got caught up and unfortunately didn't make it back. A must-eat while in Reykjavik!!

The lobster soup was incredibly warming, and the fish and chips were the best I've had! The fish was so fresh and flakey and the chips were crunchy and salty, a brilliant combo! The staff are so friendly and welcoming, such wonderful customer service. We loved everything about this place and will definately make another visit before we leave! Thank you!! Xx

Instant service (Alina the waitress is so lovely, helpful and fast! She makes the atmosphere!), instant drinks and 5... read more minutes later the food comes out piping hot. The meat soup is gluten free and melts in your mouth. It's full of flavour! The fish and chips are super fresh, crunchy chips and just warms you're soul.
Everything on the menu is gluten free apart from the fish and chips.
There are free chocolates for dessert too!
Legitimately 10/10!!!!

I got much more out of this restaurant than I thought coming in, both in terms of food and service, both of the highest quality.
